Hello everyone and welcome to my 2008 travel blog. For the next 5 weeks, from October 11, 2008 through November 13, 2008, I will be traveling across China, through Tibet and into Nepal. 
Hopefully along the way I'll meet interesting people, take good photos and perhaps find some spiritual enlightenment. At least we will have a new president soon. Um, provided the country still exists by then. To paraphrase John Stewart, President Bush will certainly not go down in history as the best American president, but he could be the last. Cheers.
